Working farms can be dangerous places. However if you keep your eyes open and take care when
moving around the yard, these dangers and potential accidents can be avoided.
As part of the sessions at Greatwood, students are reminded about the top 10 Health and Safety
guidelines which they need to be aware of in order to help prevent injuries.
Remembering to follow these top 10 Health and Safety Guidelines will allow for a happy and safe
time at Greatwood!
This term has seen Wansdyke Primary School attend a Horse Power programme and all students
have paid particular attention to staying safe. A big well done to them all for taking some great
pictures in front of the dangers at Greatwood. Your faces and actions demonstrating the dangers
are fantastic and it is great to see you all taking care whilst working at Greatwood.
